The HHH offers the challenging SUPERMAX route (as close to 100 MILES as we can make it) and a shorter version, the still-testing 2/3rds MIDI (approximately 66 MILES). The well signed and carefully planned course seeks out roads with minimal traffic, and takes riders through varied and often beautiful countryside including downland, woodland and picturesque Hampshire villages.
As you'd expect from its name, there are plenty of HILLS in the HHH but no ridiculous "cliff face" climbs - though you will certainly need your lowest gear. With more total metres of ascent than most UK sportives, the HHH is not to be underestimated. If you haven't ridden enough miles through the early spring, it will find you out! With the hills well spaced out, there are sections where the "rouleurs" will get onto the big ring.
We start and finish at Sparsholt College, near Winchester, Its excellent facilities include on-site parking close to Registration, also a cafe. We provide Third Party event insurance, paramedic responders, full route signage, printed route directions, feed stations, and all the usual sportive support.
