Under 40:           Gold  under 5 hours 36 mins. / Silver  under 6 hours 43mins.

40-49:                 Gold under 6 hours 00mins. /  Silver  under 7 hours 06 mins.

50-59:                 Gold  under 6 hours 21mins. /   Silver under 7 hours 28mins.

60+:                    Gold under 6 hours 43 mins /   Silver under 7 hours 50mins.

All age groups:              Bronze All finishers

Females:                       As per the next older male category

Note: 5% has been added to the previous (2007) standards, as a more accurate reflection of the difficulty of the course.

No standards are applied to the short versions of the course.
