The Hampshire Hilly Hundred

Withdrawal Policy

The HHH is an event for cyclists organized by cyclists. That's why we have made our withdrawal terms as flexible and reasonable as possible given the considerable costs of organizing the event.

WHAT YOU CAN'T DO:

Give or sell your place in the HHH to someone else. You will appreciate that it is essential for the organizers to know the true identities and correct contact details of all those who are participating in the event. Signing falsely against a pre-printed name on the Registration Sheet or with a name that does not correspond to the pre-printed name disqualifies the signee from the event and will invalidate our insurance cover for that individual.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

(A) Up to 7 working days after entering - ask for a full refund. This is your statutory right.

(B) After 7 working days - request a part-refund (£20.00) OR instruct us to donate this amount to the Air Ambulance (our partner charity) ***

(C) Ask us to DEFER your entry to next year. On request, we will shift your entry from HHH2016 to HHH2017 at no further charge (even if next year's event fee increases). This allows us to take further entries for the current year and reduce the number of 'no-shows' on the day as much as possible.
***

*** OPTIONS (B) and (C) CEASE AT MIDNIGHT ON 30 APRIL 2016 (or earlier, if deemed necessary, in which case all entrants will be informed by e-mail 24 hrs in advance of the revised deadline).

Please direct all withdrawal notifications to: admin@sportivecycling.org.uk
